Sir I given original to my company but they are not returned

Original documents are required by the employer at the time of recruitment/selection for verification of their authenticity and veracity and returned immediately to the candidate on completion verification. once the process is done. It is mandatory to show original documents for verification with Xerox copies of documents submitted by the candidate for recruitment for a job. The Employer cannot keep the original in his custody. So, serving a legal notice. reach out to the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner to file a complaint against the employer for adopting unfair labour practices with ulterior motives for the redressal of your grievance.
