Father name slight difference between documents

Hi
My query is as follows
In My son's 11th , 10th , 12th marksheet his fathers name is stated as Murugesh radhakrishnan intead of Murugesan radhakrishnan.
In community certificate of my son his fathers name is correctly stated that is Murugesan radhakrishnan.
My Query is during our NEET counseling admission we are applying under reservation seat by using our community certificate.
So what should we do when there is slight difference in fathers name of the students educational certificate and community certificate? Will the affidavit help us.
(Other supporting documents life passport, adarcard all states my husband name correctly as Murugesan radhakrishnan)
