Feeding Stray cat for a long period Feeding Stray cat for a long period

Hi, this is regarding animal law. Some years back we started feeding stray cat at our home. Now they often stay at our home for food. We doesn't have much space facility. Recently a cat delivered 3 kittens. We tried as much as possible to keep them inside our house so that our neighbours will not get disturbed. But unfortunately we couldn't hold them inside home as they are grown and they wanted to roam freely. Now neighbours are complaining us that the cats are coming to their home and dirtying their place. But this is not happening often. Whenever this happens like once in a while we get disputes with our neighbours. So what can we do on this regard? Note : Talking to neighbours and make them understand doesn't work.
