sale of ancestral property late father

ancestral property of my father sol by him without my concent. I have filed a suite for partition seperate possission and perment injunction. after chief started it became to know sale deeds have been excluded in suite. Applied for suite amended but rejected as chief already started. Now Can I claim another suite for sale deed cancellation. sale deed took place in Dec. 2015 and suite filed in 2018.
