There is a minor spelling error in the names of my parents in my passport. I would like to correct the spelling at the time of renewal. What documents would I need?

Complete the passport renewal application form with the necessary details and corrections.Provide a document that serves as proof of your current address. This could be your Aadhar card, voter ID, or any other document deemed acceptable by the passport office.Submit your old passport, which contains the existing details and the minor spelling error. Prepare an affidavit stating the correction required in your parents' names. This affidavit must be on non-judicial stamp paper and signed by a notary
