A.Dear Client,
In the given situation, if there is any documentary proof in support of the transaction of money from your mother to her son, then your mother can file a criminal suit against her errant son for cheating and criminal breach of trust under Sec.415 and 405 of IPC praying for appropriate relief in the matter. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client,
If there is any documentary evidence, such as bank transactions or other records, that show your mother's financial contribution to the purchase of the property, it can be crucial in proving her claim. Your mother may need to take legal action, such as filing a civil suit, to establish her ownership of the property or recover her share of the money if she can prove that her funds were used to purchase the property.
