It has been seen that some goons show audacity of storing sand, stones and other building construction materials on the adjacent road in front of my house. The showcasing of this activity has been continuing since long even after trying to fix the situation with cold words. But, in no means they are ready to obey in such adjustments. How to proceed legally to stop this inconvenience of unlawful activity?

A.Hi clients,

Inform the local police station and councilor of your region. If nothing works make a joint petition. File a Writ Petition making the Corporation and any relevant government body for justice.

A.Dear Client
Inform the local authorities, such as the municipal corporation or local law enforcement, about the unlawful activity. Provide them with specific details regarding the location, nature of the activity, and any potential hazards or inconveniences caused by the materials being stored on the road. Consider sending a legal notice to the individuals responsible for storing the construction materials. If the issue persists despite your initial attempts, you may need to file a formal complaint with the local authorities. Provide all necessary evidence, such as photographs, videos, or eyewitness accounts, to support your case. The authorities can then take appropriate action based on the local regulations and laws governing public space usage and maintenance.
