Sir mere friend ka online se 8k jaise nikal gye jisme se 2recharge aur 1 ₹1500 ka redeem code hua tha.. Ab wo mere upar case kr rha hai without evidence bs wo saq k daire pe kr rha hai... Uska uncle cyber crime mein kam krta hai to unhone kl raat mein kaha ki wo mere upar phir se case krenge...please sir wo without evidence mere upar case krne ki baat kr rhe hai..

For lack of evidence even your friend file a case against you it may be dismissed by the Court. Instead, you may ask your friend to lodge a complaint online to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) which is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime scams or cyber terrorism online. So, once a cyber crime involving cyber crime scam is reported online to NCCRP, on the instruction of the Cyber Crime Cell, start an investigation into the complaint and you have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency. you may visit the cyber crime cell of the Police for further clarifications and necessary guidance in the matter and extend your cooperation to get yourself free from any scam ASAP..
