False promise of marriage

Hi i m in relationship with a girl for 7 yrs. She say we will marry in 2025. We stayed in room for 4 times and had sex. But after her parents find out she completely against me.
Ipc 376 false of promise marriage only for women but same thing happened to me. I can't move legally anything.
For me it's against Art 14 and Art 15 fundamental rights of the Constitution and equality. Can I suit a writ Art 226 in high court for this?
