False promise of marriage

Hi i m in relationship with a girl for 7 yrs. She say we will marry in 2025. We stayed in room for 4 times and had sex. But after her parents find out she completely against me. Ipc 376 false of promise marriage only for women but same thing happened to me. I can't move legally anything. For me it's against Art 14 and Art 15 fundamental rights of the Constitution and equality. Can I suit a writ Art 226 in high court for this?

No margin is given to boyfriends to force the girl friend to get him marry. If you do like that you have to face consequences as proposed by them.
