Continuous Nuisance by people living in floor above us

I am a chartered accountant working from home due to my mother's ongoing cancer treatment. She also has health issues like BP, sugar, anxiety, and additional side effects due to heavy cancer medicines and treatment. People, specifically their kids living in floor above us keeps on jumping day and night which creates thunderous noises that interrupt my work and also trigger my mother's anxiety and BP. We have requested them multiple times, but the heavy jumping hasn't stopped. How can we legally proceed with this issue?
