A.Dear Client,
In India, there are several ways in which a society can recover outstanding maintenance charges from a member. First, the society can send the member a demand notice. If the member fails to pay within the specified time period, the society can then file a suit in the civil court. The court can then order the member to pay the outstanding dues, along with interest and costs.
