Please kindly help my family by cancelling the course and stopping emi and make refund. Please help me.
Firstly, contact your bank immediately to report the unauthorized EMI transactions and ask for guidance on stopping them. Additionally, file a complaint with the local police and the Cyber Crime cell about the fraudulent activity. You may send a legal notice to Byjus, informing them of your decision to cancel the course and requesting a full refund of the down payment and a stop to the EMIs. Clearly state the reasons for your cancellation, including the misleading information provided by the counselor. You also have the option to approach the consumer forum and lodge a complaint.
Your query requires more details regarding the terms and condition that makes you eligible to claim a refund on cancellation of a course by Byjus because a remedy is sorted out from the nature or cause of action or reason behind the grievance. Byjus being an educational service provider is accountable to his student customers for any deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under the Consumer Protection Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the entire course fees, along with compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years of the date of the cause of action.
