Complain regarding my dog Complain regarding my dog

My 5-month-old dog is quite active. We reside in a flat on the 11th floor, P 1103. During the day, I'm working, and he sleeps, eats, and goes for walks. However, at night after 12 AM, he plays with me until 3-4 AM, causing disturbance to the residents in flat P 1003 below. They said that sound of running foots and platic balls disturbing their sleep. But there is one terrace in between. They've complained to me, urging me to train the dog to sleep at night, and have escalated the matter to the society maintenance. While it's my house and my dog, their concern is about the noise disrupting their living space. But my dog is doing activities inside my premises and i dont want to control that because he happy at that time and very active which keeps my dog healthy.

A.Dear Client,
Firstly, check your society's bylaws to see if there are any specific rules related to noise or disturbance. Many housing societies have guidelines in place to address such issues. While you have the right to enjoy your property and care for your pet, you also have a responsibility to maintain a peaceful living environment for your neighbors. In India, the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) has guidelines for pet owners to ensure their pets do not cause a nuisance to neighbors.
