Reach out to the local vital records office or the registrar's office where your daughter's birth was registered. This office is usually responsible for maintaining birth records. Request the necessary forms for making corrections or amendments to a birth certificate. These forms are typically available from the vital records office. Be prepared to provide documentation supporting the change you want to make. In the case of correcting a parent's age, you may need to provide official documents such as your own birth certificate or other proof of your correct age. You may be required to submit an affidavit or sworn statement explaining the reason for the correction and confirming the accurate information. Complete the required forms, attach the supporting documents, and submit the application to the vital records office. There may be a processing fee associated with the request. The vital records office will typically review the application and supporting documents. If everything is in order, they may approve the correction and issue an amended birth certificate.

Was your age given wrongly in your daughter's birth certificate? If yes then most probably after seeking confirmation from the birth certificate issuing department get a 1st class judicial magistrate affidavit done and on that basis apply for reissuance of birth certificate
