A.Dear Client,
To implead a party's name in the cause title of the suit you need to file an IA (Interlocutory Application) before the Court praying for amendment in the cause title of the pending suit explaining the necessity and valid reason behind the application. If the reason behind the amendment in the cause title of the plaint appears to be bonafide and reasonable, then the trial Court may allow your prayer under Sec.151 of CPC. Disposal of the petition/IA will in no way come in the way of the proposed amendment since it does not make the pleadings different from what it originally made in the plaint.

A.Dear client
You may need to file an application to amend your pleadings to include the neighboring shop owner as a party to the lawsuit. This is usually done by submitting a formal application to the court. Ensure that you have sufficient evidence to support your claim of conspiracy. This may include any communications, agreements, or actions that indicate collusion between the tenants and the neighboring shop owner. The court will review your application for amendment, and if it finds merit in adding the neighboring shop owner as a party, it may grant approval.
