Hi, my mother's family is staying in a rented house from past 9 months. They paid rent in advance every month. Owner even took
first three months rent in advance. But now my father is no more with us. My brother met with the bike accident and my mother is heart patient. They have lot of financial problem now and cannot afford to pay the rent of 34000 every month. My mother informed owner about this on 18 Nov that we want to employ your house because we don't have money to pay u. Thay time she said ok and give me a fixed date when your leaving. Aftrr few days she started harrassing my mother and brother who are already suffering from so much if tension. Lock in period and I will not give you any deposit. As per law I will go to police station. then yesterday I spoke to her still she was saying the same thing. I requested her to please give us money as my mother is dependent on that deposit. She said no I want affidavit with notary done. I agreed this also. I went to one lawyer and he asked me to ask the owner few details of her to put inthe affidavit. So I messaged her. Now she is saying I am harrassing her asking her all that details. I told u wanted me to do affidavit that's what I am doing. She got offended Now she is saying I will not give any money ask them to stay till 11 months.

I need your advise on what to do and convince her to money so that my mother can get some financial help. Because she is bankrupt sir.
