Land dispute with neighbour. We have the land with not final area ( Without chakabandi) . The neighbour's and we have different village. I had applied in tahsil office for land demarcation but hold due to not final area. The neighbour's don't allow us to build anything in our land . What to do
A.Dear Client,
In a situation like this, it's crucial to navigate the land dispute carefully. Since you've applied for land demarcation at the tahsil office, it indicates a proactive step. To address the issue with your neighbors, consider initiating a dialogue to understand their concerns and share your intentions. If communication fails, seeking legal advice from a local property lawyer can guide you on the best course of action. They may suggest obtaining a surveyor's assistance to establish the accurate boundaries, and legal measures can be taken if your neighbors continue to obstruct your right to use your land. Document all communication attempts and any incidents for potential legal reference. Be patient but persistent in pursuing a resolution, considering both legal and amicable approaches to protect your property rights.
