Sir my husband abused me physically many times. Finally he threatened me that he will kill my mother by intolerance of pain and wounds I have complained in police station. They filed FIR. My husband and my mother in-law begged me to consider him and our life . I have given bail and within 12 hours he released.afterwards he told me that we will live happily i will come. But still he is cheating and not coming. Instead of chargesheet police asked me to close the case in police station itself.l too don't want to go to court so that I have closed the case by written. But after that my husband not even call me staying with his mother and not coming to tha house permanently. What should I do ?

A.Dear Client,
If you find yourself in an unsafe or threatening environment, it's crucial to prioritize your safety and well-being. If you feel that your husband's behavior is not changing and you are concerned for your safety, consider seeking support from local women's organizations, counseling services, or legal aid.
You may want to consult with a legal professional to understand your rights and explore any available legal options. A lawyer can guide you on issues such as protection orders or filing for legal separation or divorce, depending on your circumstances. Additionally, reaching out to family and friends for emotional support can be valuable during challenging times.
Remember that your safety is the top priority, and there are organizations and professionals available to provide assistance. Don't hesitate to seek help and take steps to protect yourself from any form of abuse or harm.
Thankyou
