A.Dear Client,
In the context of a common 6ft kacha road serving six houses under a title dispute for the last 10 years, the situation is complex. While the government's plan to cement the road through a scheme is a positive development, the pending title dispute poses challenges. It's essential to consider the legal implications and potential impact on the ongoing dispute. Seek advice from a local legal professional familiar with property laws in West Bengal. They can assess the specific details of the dispute, advise on the potential consequences of the road cementing, and guide you on the best course of action. Understanding how the government scheme aligns with the legal status of the road is crucial before proceeding to ensure that it doesn't adversely affect the title dispute resolution.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
The government Scheme is uniformly applicable irrespective of the status of the land or property. Once the information about the pending dispute is brought to the notice of the concerned Govt. Authority either the job of cementing Kacha road be withheld/kept in abeyance or be carried out with the permission of the concerned Court where the title suit is pending or final order is reserved.
