A.Dear Client,
To avail of the rural quota the candidates who claim seats under the rural category will have to obtain a rural study certificate from the respective school / high school issued by the head of the institution which should be countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO). General merit candidates who claim a seat in the rural category should also submit an income certificate issued from the concerned Tahasildar along with the rural study certificate. Candidates who have studied Std.10 full academic years from 1st Standard to 10th Standard in Rural Areas (as per Govt. notification) will be eligible for claiming the benefit of rural reservations. Reach out to the Block Educational Office or the office of Tehshildar for further clarification and steps.

A.Dear Client,
While having a rural certificate may be advantageous for certain categories, it's essential to understand that eligibility criteria for various categories, including GM-RURAL, can vary based on specific rules and policies set by the authorities. Creamy layer status in the OBC category typically restricts individuals from availing certain reservations and benefits. To clarify your eligibility for the GM-RURAL category, it is recommended to consult with local authorities, such as the concerned government office or officials responsible for caste certificates and reservations. They can provide accurate information based on the specific rules applicable to your region. Seeking guidance from a legal professional may also be beneficial to ensure a clear understanding of your eligibility and the available options.
Thankyou
