I have closed a partnership loan in 2014 From Boi under settelment and now i have lost the documents of closure and all but now in CGTSME SHOWING NPA and my existing pnb loan and any other CGTSME LOAN I AM NOT ABLE TO AVAIL . PLEASE HELP

It appears that the settlement of an NPA loan has not been reported or uploaded in the CIBIL record by default on the part of the Bank. When you lose the settlement documents, referring to the CGTSME status of the loan that shows NPA even after the settlement, you may write to the Bank for rectification of the status of the business loan both in the CIBIL and CGTSME failing which you may represent the matter before the higher authority of the Bank and if required, file an application under RTI Act seeking information regarding the settlement of NPA loan from the Public Information Officer(CPIO) of the Bank because, in absence of relevant papers, you cannot even litigate the matter before any forum/court to restore your financial status.
