Data entry

Sir/ mam one online data entry company offered me to complete 200 forms in 4 days and they will pay salary. Due to some health conditions I am not able to complete my work and now they are demanding to pay registration fee 6900 and they have also sent an email of legal proceedings and they asked to pay fee. They told that this is the last chance before your case will be filed if you pay the fee we will disclose the case. They said that ur case is in legal law sessions court jaipur rajasthan. Then they called me I didn't pick the call. The number is identified as online data entry fraud in truecaller but they have my aadhar card details. What should I do now sir

Online data entry or part-time job offers from fraudulent companies are often attempts to extort money from unemployed individuals. When faced with such unethical demands, it is advisable to ignore them, as the nature of the threats exposes the company's ulterior motives. However, if you receive repeated demands for money or threats of legal action, file a complaint at the local police station with any supporting evidence. Send a legal notice to the company, enclosing a copy of the police complaint, indicating your intention to pursue criminal charges for cheating and criminal intimidation under sections 415 and 503 of the Indian Penal Code. This course of action may lead to resolution of the matter.

Dear client,
This kind of online data entry/part-time jobs is being offered and operated by Fraudster companies/entities to extort money from unemployed youths. So, on receipt of such an unethical and arbitrary threat or demand from such type of Company, just ignore it because the nature of the threats itself proves their ulterior motives behind the offer. However, on receipt of repeated calls or messages/emails demanding money for different purposes or threatening legal action, then make a complaint(GD) against the said Company at the local police station with whatever papers/documents or digital evidence you have and serve a legal notice enclosing a copy of the police complaint(GD) informing them that you are contemplating filing a criminal suit against the Company for cheating and criminal intimidation u/s.415 and 503 of IPC. Hopefully, the matter may stand resolved thereafter. In case the matter is not resolved then consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
