How to file FIR against criminal conspirator How to file FIR against criminal conspirator

I was falsely framed in a criminal case u/s 409 ipc and u/s 66c of IT Act in December of 2021. On October of 2023 I was honorably aquitted and the Ld.Court found the complainant blatantly lying in court and literally called out his conspiracy against me in its judgement. The complainant was also found doing the crimes himself along with an accomplice to frame me in those. What are the ways I can teach this malicious complainant a lesson so that he gets jail time? Can I file an FIR against him?
