I had made an agreement for a duplex with the landmark society of Dhanbad. Today, even after almost eight months have passed, the society has not asked for land purchase. At the time of inspection of the place where land was to be given in the agreement, it was found that the land mark did not have the paper for the same. The Landmark Society is sitting with deposit money worth 1.50 lakhs of rupees and is not taking any initiative. What legal help can a customer get in such a situation?
