Regarding My Mother in Law Land Money Recovery
4 months ago
Respected Sir,
I'm Balaji from Chennai and this is the mail to lodge a case and to get a honest result behalf of my Mother-in-law's (Mrs. MALLIKA
RAJENDRAN)land issue in Coimbatore. In the year 2022 Mrs. Mallika has sold out her land to Mr. Krishnasamy & Mrs.
Sankarammal witnessed by his brother Mr. Iyyanar & Mrs. Poomaari. We have submitted all the documents which is required for
selling the house but once after the registration procedure is done from the other party end we got to know that the page from 2007th
year's mother document i.e. Mrs. Rajalakshmi party who brought the land from Mr. Sekar, Total no of pages: 11 in that Page No: 9
was missing. After the discussion with Mr. Krishnasamy & Iyyanar, Mrs. Mallika was forced to find out that particular page which is
9th page from 2007th year mother document. And they have given the written document stating that once after we submit the
document or non traceable certificate for that page, Mr. Krishnasamy will settle down balance 1Lakh rupees of the amount to Mrs.
Mallika. Atlast we have discussed with our friends, neighbour advocates we got to know that non traceable certificate is only for the
pages which is not at all available in register office too. But we found that page no:9 and took a copy of the document from
Registration website . Now we have shown that and also submitted that page to Mr. Krishnasamy at end of the day he is refusing to
pay back the money and also not accepting the document. My In-law she is almost 55years old lady and my father-in-law 58years old
gentleman who is struggling with this case from past two years and still they're not getting a result on this case and they're lower
middle class family due to their health issue they sold that land in loss of cost. They are uneducated in this legal related matters and
so I'm taking care of this behalf of them. So behalf of those two old people I'm requesting you to show the concern and order us a
faithful result on this case. That 1lakh rupees will be more helpful for their hospital issues. Hope you will do the best for us.
IT seems like your mother-in-law has faced a challenging situation regarding the land sale. In such cases, it's crucial to consult with a local lawyer to discuss the specifics of the situation. They can guide you on the best legal course of action, which may include sending a legal notice to Mr. Krishnasamy, initiating a civil suit for breach of agreement, or exploring other remedies. Providing all relevant documents, including the written agreement and communication, will strengthen your case. Seek professional legal advice to ensure your mother-in-law's rights are protected and to pursue the most effective resolution for her.
