A.Dear Client,
If you have cancelled a course with Byju's, and despite the approval of your refund, you haven't received it within three months, you should take the following steps:
1.Contact Customer Support: Reach out to Byju's customer support immediately. Clearly state your concern, providing details about the cancellation, refund approval, and the elapsed time without receiving the refund. Ensure you have all relevant documentation available.
2.Email Communication:If you haven't already, send a detailed email to Byju's customer support, summarizing your situation, including the cancellation date, refund approval, and the delay in receiving the refund. Attach any necessary documents to support your case.
3.Follow-up: If there is no response after your initial contact, follow up regularly through emails and phone calls. Persistence can sometimes expedite the resolution process.
4.Consumer Grievance Forum: If Byju's still does not address your concern, you may consider filing a complaint with the consumer grievance forum or a relevant consumer protection agency in your region. Provide them with all the details and documentation.
5.Legal Advice:If all else fails, you might want to consult with a legal professional who can guide you on potential legal actions you can take to secure your refund.
Remember to keep a record of all your communications, including emails, documents, and any responses received. It's crucial to have a well-documented case when seeking a resolution in such matters.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
From the contents of your query, it transpires that on cancellation of the course, the fees paid by you against the course and on your repeated demand Byjus neither responded to your repeated calls nor refunded your course fees on cancellation with an ulterior motive to kill time to make your claim for a refund barred by time. Such an unethical practice to prevent a claimant from claiming a refund of fees amounted to a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Since the institute is providing online service, the complaint needs to be filed online mode through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. It may work fast to redress the grievance, failing which you may file an offline Complaint against the online service provider Before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch of the said Institute is in operation claiming a refund of the entire course fees you remitted to them along with compensation for harassment. The complaint before the Consumer Court should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action, i.e, from the date of refusal to refund the course fees. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under the Consumer Protection Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the entire course/tuition fee, along with compensation for harassment.
