A.Dear Client,
If you have already reported the alleged fraud regarding your Paytm postpaid limit to Paytm customer care, their cyber team, and cybercrime.gov.in two years ago, and now you are being threatened, there are a few steps you can take. Firstly, ensure you have documentation of your initial complaint and acknowledgment numbers. You can reach out to your nearest police station, as suggested by the cyber team, to provide a letter regarding the case closure. However, before doing so, it's advisable to consult with a legal professional to understand the implications and ensure that you are not being coerced into taking any action against your interest. If you have concerns about the authenticity of the threats or if you feel you are being wrongly accused, legal advice can guide you on the best course of action to protect your rights. Always prioritize your safety and consult with professionals to navigate the situation effectively.

A.Dear Client,
A victim or complainant cannot be asked by the police or cyber cell to withdraw his complaint until and unless a final report of inquiry or investigation on the complaint is submitted by the investigating agency. So, in the prevailing situation, if you did not make any fake or false complaint, bring the matter to the notice of the higher authority, like SP, DSP or ACP, DCP concerned to resolve the issue in the right way. If required, you can hire the service of a legal professional to handle the matter suitably.
