Sir, can I change my caste, I belong to SC caste and I want to go to OBC caste, I do not want reservation of SC caste, I dont want the benefit of reservation of OBC caste, I just want to remain an OBC candidate, . I don't want the benefit of caste reservation so can I change my caste?
