A.Dear Client,
Yes, it is possible to add an advocate in your quashing of FIR case in the High Court. To do so, you should communicate with your current legal representative and express your desire to engage a specific advocate for additional assistance. Your existing lawyer can then file a formal application or seek permission from the court to include the new advocate in the proceedings. This typically involves submitting a written request stating the reasons for the addition and providing the relevant details of the new advocate, such as their name and bar council enrollment. The court will review the application, and if deemed appropriate, may allow the inclusion of the additional advocate in your legal representation for the quashing petition. It's advisable to consult with your current lawyer to ensure proper procedural compliance and to navigate this process smoothly.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Yes, you can add any number of advocates to represent you in the court, there is no limit to this. You can also replace your lawyer if you have lost faith or confidence in your lawyer to represent you, you have the right to change counsel. Just get NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your previous lawyer and engage another lawyer. You need to clear all his fees and after that, he is bound to provide a NOC, if the lawyer is not ready to issue a NOC after clearance of the fee, then apply to the court where the case is pending and pray for change the advocate, the court may allow the application and after that, you can engage a New Lawyer.
