A.Dear Client,
After reporting a fraudulent transaction to the Cyber Crime Cell, the victim's bank, under the Cyber Cell's instructions, freezes both the victim's account and the suspected accounts linked to the scam. These accounts remain inactive until the investigating agency completes its inquiry and submits the final report. The duration of the investigation varies based on the case's complexity, available resources, and the victim's cooperation. Seeking advice from a cybercrime expert or a lawyer specializing in cyber laws can provide further guidance on the appropriate steps during this period.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Once a fraudulent transaction is reported to the Cyber Crime Cell, on the instruction of the Cyber Cell, both the victim's bank account and the suspected accounts of others involved in the scam are frozen by the concerned Bank. The accounts remain inoperative till the investigation is completed by the investigating agency and submitted their final report and you have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency. The length of time it takes to investigate a cybercrime can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case, the resources available to the investigators, and the cooperation of the victim. You may consult with a cyber crime expert or an Advocate handling cyber laws for further guidance and suitable steps.
