Misbehave and torture of petowners by society
3 months ago
Sir/ ma'am I live in the society of Pune's pimple
Saudagar. My golden retriever, who is 18 months old,
belongs to me. People in my society struggle greatly with
owning dogs. They've gone so far as to threaten to throw me behind bars. I abide by all social norms, including
wearing a leash when walking and
picking up dog poop. I also walk early in the morning and late at night so that it should be a inconvineance to other. However, it appears that they are still
having issues with my dog urinating under a tree in a isolated area of the society as well. There concern is there child might get infection from dog urine. I gave the suggestion that you choose a place inside society and I will make him urinate over there. But everything is in vain. Moreover they have problem with him if he barks as well. And even if I collect his poop and throw it in a common wet waste dustbin they have issue. I would like to voice my concern about the torture I am facing. However, I'm not sure where and how
Would you kindly assist?
Thank you!
I empathize with the challenges you're facing in your Pune society regarding your golden retriever. To address the concerns raised by fellow residents, continue demonstrating responsible pet ownership by adhering to leash regulations, picking up dog waste, and scheduling walks during less crowded times. Consider engaging in open dialogue with your neighbors, reiterating your willingness to cooperate and suggesting a specific area within the society for your dog's needs. Document your efforts to address their concerns. If the issues persist, consult with your society's management committee or seek assistance from a local animal welfare organization to mediate the situation. Keeping communication lines open and demonstrating your commitment to responsible pet ownership can help alleviate tensions within the community.
Thankyou
