A.Dear Client,
The municipality has yet to construct a road, specifically a 15ft path leading to our houses, which is claimed to be part of the patta land opposite our residence. Our plot's sale deed, executed 12 years ago, clearly mentions the existence of a 15ft path. Six years ago, we obtained permission and constructed two buildings, one of which belongs to our neighbor, and we have consistently paid taxes. We are eager to have the municipality lay the road for access to our houses. However, the owner of the land opposite our residence is demanding payment to allow the municipality to proceed with the road construction. This individual is also utilizing local influence to hinder the initiation of road construction by the municipality. I would appreciate guidance on the process to facilitate the construction of the road.
Thankyou
