Sir/Madam, Two days ago someone messaged me on WhatsApp that I can earn money by giving reviews and data tasks. After the reviews , in the data tasks they made invest a lot of money, and then they said I didn apply properly. So everyone will lose money. I have to give money. I have money again. Then when I was withdrawing they told I didn withdraw properly. So I have to pay more money. Since everything was my mistake, they will sue me. That I have breached a contract. But I haven signed any. Can they really sue me?

A.Dear Client,
If you haven't signed any formal agreement and are being pressured to invest more money, there might be red flags of a potential scam. It's advisable not to send any more money and cease further communication with them. Additionally, consider reporting this incident to local authorities or relevant consumer protection agencies. If you are concerned about legal implications, consult with a legal professional to discuss the specifics of your situation and get guidance on how to protect yourself. Be wary of potential scams and prioritize your financial security.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Telegram fraud refers to any malicious or deceitful activity that takes place on the Telegram messaging app. The types of fraud conducted on the app can often include financial scams, phishing attempts, and other types of activity targeting users to provide their personally identifiable information (PII). In addition, Telegram has become a hotbed for selling malware, discussions of cybercrime and other high-risk activity. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/ complainants to report cybercrime scams or complaints online. The length of time it takes to investigate a cybercrime can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case, the resources available to the investigating agency, and the cooperation of the victim. You can also register a complaint of cybercrime at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/ to check the updated status of a complaint. You may consult with a cyber crime expert for further guidance and steps.
