498 filed against husband and mother, aftr domestic violence my options

498A Registered against husband and his mother- I got married when I was 22, had just completed my B.tech from my hometown, never stepped out from my house apart from college, my parents found a boy thru common relatives he was working in US, got married in Feb 2012, went to US in July, just after reaching he made me work as waitress in restaurants, telling me I will learn things like this US, I agreed , started beating, used to stay alone all day in house, get beaten at night, he called police one day told them I mental illness and they took me to mental asylum, I was there for 4–5 days, somehow after many check ups, they said I am fine and don’t need any treatment and said Sorry, after that I was sent back to India by him, stayed in India for 4 months, and then after that he called me back saying to study in US, I got admission and studied in US, he paid my fees for 2 semesters, rest I did my expenses and rest fees by myself working in restaurants as waitress, he left his job after that he never working till now, I was working all these years, giving him all my money, transfer him into his account, If I ever say No, he will beat me to hell, I was very scared of the social stigma, and was scared of the term divorce, so I tolerated everything for myself and my parents, have been begging him to have kids since 2017, but no he doesn’t want, there was no physical relation between us since 2014, but still tolerated because I had courage to take any step, became very sick due to all this stress and trauma for all those years, and was diagnosed with Endometriosis Stage 4 and IBS, and came back to India in Jan 2021, continued to work and managed everything household expenses left job and came to India, he was in no contact with his parents from last few years, due to his property issues, so he stayed at my house for 4 months, his dad died in April 2021 and then he went to his house, for his cremation and got all his property and stayed there along with his mom, since my health condition was getting worse I had my surgery and currently on medications for my hell like progressive disease, he made my life more hell after coming to India, he used to beat me like hell, everyday dragging from my room to downstairs , strangulates me most of time, and my condition got worse due to this mental and physical, due to not having kids, I was wanted to have one, but he never listened, I begged him, I was staying at my parents home for most of the time almost 6–7 months in a year, after coming to India, one he has beaten me a lot like I cannot explain in words, I told him what you are doing is not right, I have stopped my parents to do anything and take any action, that day he called police and them my father is threatening him and I have mental health issues and made few scratch marks on his head saying that I did, I stopped talking to him after that day and asked my family members to come and talk to him, my parents asked when can we come he said no one will come to my house and I don't want to talk about anything, for these many years, I had some pictures, and audio recording of him cursing me badly and pic of all the injuries inflicted, my family members came without informing, he called his family members also, in front of all of them, he said he wants to live with me, on the day of Oct 24 he along with his mother snatched my phone, after that I locked my door they forcefully entered beaten me ,was sitting on my stomach for 3 hours that he will get up once I give phone passwords, and they both took all my expensive stuff which I got my US, I got severely injured, internal bleeding started , somehow managed to call my mom from someone standing outside the house, cousin of mine came and took me PS and then hospital for medical, they also filed a theft case FIR against me 15 lacs jewellery and 3 lacs cash, police in return converted my sisters complaint to FIR 498A, 323, What do you think of a situation like will you consider this FALSE, where all my money was taken, he made extremely sick, I am not in a condition to work any more for lifetime, I tried but not able to, I have no place to live, don't want to stay in parents home, I have no kids- it was dream to have one from so long, not in a condition to get married again, not in condition to have kids now, I am tried my best to make things work out with everything, but he used me for money, when he has enough, crores of property- the reason for not having kids I guess, don't want to stay with such people, Most people say cases filed by women are false, NOT ALL CASES ARE FALSE…
