My wife filed case under DV now its 3 year .on aug 2023 misc. Argument on application u/s 24 in which i filed online document of website where my wife detail of woking with that company shows . And on which ld. MM dismissed her interim application u/s 24. She claims unemployment and depend on family.Then she goes to appeal DSJ. Where in reply we have also submit her chat record of her fees/charged she charged with per client . And also submitt one of her client feedback post. Judge donot considered and issue order of maintenance of 25K until the end of DV case. In between chargsheet filed and we findout her new no. Which link with other bank account which she concealed . What to do. And now case is on PE? Can stay on order of maintenance be done how?
