I once joined a WhatsApp group that suggests stocks. I bought few stocks and got profit then he sent me a link of an app and said it is for institutional account if you invest through this app then it will be more profit. So i downloaded the app and registered and then transfer 3000-3000 twice in that bank account through paytm. Now I'm asking for withdrawal but nobody is replying or picking call. and even stopped posting any info on WhatsApp group.

A.Dear Client,
If you find yourself in a situation where you've encountered potential fraud or financial misconduct, it's essential to take prompt action. First, document all relevant details, including transactions, communications, and any other evidence of the interactions. Try reaching out to the involved parties through various communication channels, including emails and messages, seeking clarification on the withdrawal and expressing your concerns.

Simultaneously, consider reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities, such as your local law enforcement or the cybercrime division. If financial transactions were involved, you may want to contact your bank or payment service provider to inform them about the situation and explore potential options for resolution or retrieval of funds.

It's advisable to cease any further transactions or interactions with the individuals or platforms involved until the matter is clarified. Consulting with a legal professional or financial advisor can provide personalized guidance based on the specific circumstances and help you explore potential legal avenues for recovery.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
It appears that you are trapped by the fraud entity to extort money from you on either pretext. You need to inform the matter to the local Police Station and Cybercrime Cell of your district or state seeking their necessary action in the matter. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime scams or complaints online and once a cyber crime scam is reported online to NCCRP, on the instruction of Cyber Crime Cell, investigating team started the routine process of investigation immediately to trace out the fraudsters. The length of time it takes to investigate a cybercrime can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case, the resources available to the investigators, and the cooperation of the victim. In general, cybercrime investigations can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months or even years. You can also register a complaint of cybercrime at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/ and track the status of your complaint online. You may consult with a cyber crime expert for further guidance and steps.
