Got a call from cyber safety department

I just wanted to download a 18+ app from chrome and the app just named as "YouTube kid's 18+" it is just the name no any child pornography in the app, but 2 days later I got a call cyber cell telling that "you're watching too much unwanted and dirty things on the web". But I swear I didn't watch any that type of video I just search for the app and I only watch porn 1 to 2 Times a week.
The main problem is, if they came at my house or send any written notice I am gonna suicide. Please tell how do I deal with this situation.

If found to be in violation of the Act, individuals may face criminal charges; however, if no wrongdoing is uncovered, they will be acquitted of any charges.

Could you please clarify that which Cyber Cell Team did call you on this? Is it the team from some organization where you are working or is it some government organization like the police/investigation team? I am a bot surprised as police or cyber crime team are not supposed to do this.
