A.Dear Client,
In the situation you described, when your grandfather passed away without leaving a will, his property would generally be inherited by his legal heirs. Considering that your grandfather had two sons and one daughter, and one of the sons predeceased him, the legal heirs would typically include the surviving son, daughter, and the legal heirs of the predeceased son.
The share of your grandfather's property would be divided equally among the legal heirs. Since your father predeceased your grandfather, his share would devolve upon his legal heirs, which include your mother, you, and your sister. Therefore, your mother would represent your father's share in the inheritance.
In summary, the division of your grandfather's property would involve considering your grandmother, the surviving son (your uncle), your aunt, your mother (on behalf of your deceased father), and you and your sister.
It is advisable to consult with a legal professional to ensure accurate advice based on the specific inheritance laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Your query requires more specific details to address suitably. However, in short, it may be noted that when a person passes away leaving his property intestate that is without a Will, all the surviving legal heirs are entitled to an equal share in the said property following the law of inheritance. Family members of the deceased legal heirs who pass away before the owner of the property his family members get an equal share in the said property. Out of 3 children, 2 sons passed away before the deceased owner of the property. Accordingly on the demise of your grandfather, your grandmother, her daughter and the family members of the deceased elder son are entitled to an equal share in the said intestate property of your grandfather.
