fake dowry case and domestic violence for 50 lacs

my sister in law [bhabhi] is having affair for 6 months but my brother never asked her and never said a word just because she was intimidating him for suicide. But now my brother drove her to her mayka because she was not ready to give up on her bf . Now she went to a hospital with lawyer for fake injury medical report to file a case of dowry . She is asking for 50 lacs not directly but through the man who was matchmaker.What should we do?
A.you immediately seek a good lawyer and a detective agency who can prove the wife's affair with her boyfriend and then can file for divorce but immediately we can send a legal notice to her
