We had told the guy many times that our dog is not friendly with strangers, still he would walk near us.
He used to walk with a dog during our rounds ( pl note, the dog was a stray dog and not owned by me). The dog used to listen to this commands. That dog had attacked my dog twice. So whenever he sees the dog and the man, he barks loudly
But last week, one of my family member took my dog on a walk, and the guy came walking in the same direction as my dog with a greater pace.
And so my dog jumped on him
The guy claims that he was injured and wants to file a police complaint on us.

If your dog is dangerous then you cannot ask others to away from the dog but you must have taken preventive measures like closing the mouth with a net so that it cannot harm any person.
