A.Dear Client,
Upon receiving land compensation from the government under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, your father may face criminal prosecution if he proceeds to sell the same land to another party. To avoid legal consequences, including potential conviction and penalties, it is advisable to settle the matter outside of court. Encourage your father to repay the amount received to the purchaser and request the withdrawal of any pending criminal case against him. Resolving the issue amicably can help avoid legal complications and ensure a smoother resolution.

A.Dear Client,
After receipt of land compensation from Govt. under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, further sale of the said land makes your father liable to face criminal prosecution from the buyer of the land. So, try to settle the matter out of Court to deter all sorts of legal consequences including conviction and penalties.
