A.Dear Client,

There is no legal restriction for a Hindu to sell property to a Muslim without requiring any permission or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from any authority. In the current circumstances, you can initiate legal action by filing a civil suit for a declaration under Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, before the appropriate Civil Court. Additionally, you have the option to file a private complaint in the Magistrate's Court under Section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr. PC). If needed, seek guidance and assistance from a legal professional for the necessary steps in this matter.

A.Dear sir
You may ask the other party file suit for declaration on the basis of full payment of sale considerations. You may approach the court and admit the suit then he will be declared as owner of the land.
