Cyber Complaint Against Me - Manipulating and Harassing Cyber Complaint Against Me - Manipulating and Harassing

I'm an Independent Freelance Financial Adviser registered with multiple RBI Licensed Banks & NBFCs and IRDA Licensed Insurance Companies, and also BFSI Aggregators.

People contact me to work with me by referring customers for financial services and in return they get a payout from me upon successful generation of profit by referring customers to us for various financial services such as loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.

Before starting to work, one take consultation and training from me and need to pay me a fully refundable freelance advisory fee before starting the work and only after full satisfaction, with their consent, and by themselves they credit the amount to my bank account after taking my valuable time and using my resources.

The consultation and training are a postpaid service provided by me and one needs to pay only when they want to start working with me for further training and development. If someone is not satisfied with the knowledge they got during the initial training period, the person can clearly deny paying me even after taking my hours of time.

The complainant wasted my many months of time since October 2023 and then he paid Rs 2500 (Twenty Five Hundred Indian Rupees) in January, 2024 for further training and development of him so he can start working as an individual with me and get income payout for work and the Rs 2500 refund with the first month payout as per the verbal agreement held through over the telephonic communication.

Then he started asking for refund immediately as we were slowly completing the onboarding process and was about to start work soon withing next few days.

After making me spend my valuable time, resources, and money for that many months on him, he started saying that he don't want to work with me anymore and need money back immediately and started arguing with me unprofessionally and started being stubborn.

When, before making the payment of freelance consultation fees by his own will and choice, I clearly said to him when he will get the amount refunded, that with the first month's payout he will get the training and freelance consultation fees of Rs 2500 back as refund that he paid to me by his choice, after taking my valuable time and advisory, after he agreed with me to work together as independent customer referrer.

Later, as a settlement offer he said he will withdraw the complaint and unfreeze the account if I refund the money to him. I've refunded him to the UPI ID he provided on WhatsApp asking to transfer his Rs 2500 (INR) back and I've transferred to his bank account as shared by the complainant.

I need urgent help because I'm already taking serious mental health disorder related medicines. One or more than one person related to the case is/are deliberately harassing me in various ways such as verbal, mental, etc. After knowing my conditions such as ADHD and Bipolar Disorder which I innocently told to the person(s). I've attached diagnosis prescriptions of licensed MBBS holding doctors in the email.

I just want to solve the issue which as per the mutual settlement demand of the person I have already fulfilled. The complainant is by his own choice and own will taking my precious time for no reason for last many months, since October 2023. But I don't have any complaint against the complainant or anyone else. I just want to save time of all the parties and solve the problem as soon as possible.

A.Dear Client,

You can distance yourself from the person by blocking their mobile number. If they file a false complaint, seek anticipatory bail promptly. Approach the High Court to obtain an initial stay, and subsequently, consider petitioning for the FIR to be quashed.
