Threatening

There is a friend who invested some money in my short films in 2016 and when they did not get distributed I put in my hard work and got them on digital platform in revenue share. Since revenue generation is a slow process so he starts threatening me as in if I don't talk to him on phone I got to return the money immediately. And from last one month roughly am Not talking to him in the night on phone . And in 2013 he said he would invest in a film and wasted my 7 months by sending little amount for writing the script and I used to give that money to the director. Every thing he puts on me money is invested in the short film but he thinks that he lended me that money. I never promised him about being a lover or wife and that is his illusion and he makes stories and says "you have to talk to me. It's a relation of 6 years and I have put in money in your short films.." when I don't talk he threatens me and start typing cheap messages . Earlier out of ignorance I used to talk but too much is too much this year I decided come what may I won't talk. At one digital platform his two short films are running. And two more am trying to sell in one time payment. If that happens I will get him the cheque through a common friend but I won't talk to such sick person. Please guide how to save myself from his threatening and phone calls? And the deal I gave him some other business deal in 2014 he earned money out of it which he would never tell the correct amount and in that deal I earned some 1 lacs rupees so he keeps putting that also on to me as if I owe him that money. And the gifts I gave him as birthday present as a friend I don't count and believe me I never asked him for any money forcibly and he counts his birthday gift of 10k or 22k and shows I owe him even that. When I talk to him on phone in the night he is okay but when I don't he starts typing cheap messages and threatens me as if I have eaten his money and he knows that the money is invested in short films and the short films he saw and the distribution thing I did not know but just to get him the money for two years 2017 and 2018 I did marketing and got his two shorts on digital platform. Please guide me how to save myself from his threatening that he would file a case etc.etc. he keeps saying .... So that I keep talking to him in the night on phone and he believes his illusion that "i would be his wife some day ". Please guide.
