A.Dear Client,

If you're experiencing emotional abuse or harassment from your mother, it's important to provide details about the situation, including any underlying reasons. If you believe you are a victim without fault, you can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act at the local police station. Additionally, you may bring the matter to the attention of the State/National Women's Commission, Human Rights Commission, or a dedicated NGO for resolution.

A.Dear Client,
The contents of your query do not transpire or reveal your age and any grounds behind the emotional abuse or harassment that you are facing from your mother whose status in our society always remains as best well wishes of her children. Even a clapping needs both hands to clap. However, if you find yourself a victim for no fault on your part, then can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act against your mother at the local police station and may bring the matter to the notice of the Chairperson, State/National Women's Commission and Human Rights Commission or an NGO rendered dedicated social service in the matter for resolving the issue. Sometimes proper counseling by an expert resolves the matter amicably.
