A.Dear Client,

Given the circumstances, pursuing a legal remedy may not be feasible without any documentary evidence supporting your claim to recover the money lent to your relative. However, one option is to issue a legal notice to your relative, formally demanding a refund of the loan amount. While the success of this approach is uncertain, it serves as a formal communication highlighting your claim and could potentially encourage resolution.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, no legal remedy is feasible in the absence of any documentary evidence supporting your claim to recover the money that you lent to your relative. However, you can serve a legal notice to him demanding a refund of the loan amount which may work or may not work.
