A.Bankruptcy case is covered under Bankruptcy code 2016 , according to which , on demand if any company or corporate fail to discharge it's debt liability to person or company than after 30 days of clear notice to person who is liable to pay it's debt, aggrieved person may prefer complainant before the board , a office which is which situates in every State of the country.
