OBC certificate address different from Permanent address in govt job application

I reside in Rajiv nagar area of Patna in Bihar..here there is a land dispute between Bihar state housing board and residents of Rajiv Nagar. As a result only temporary residence certificate is issued and not permanent residence certificate as government considers this colony as disputed area. Hence OBC ncl certificate can’t be obtained from Rajiv Nagar. So, I obtained my OBC certificate from my Paternal Home address in Sitamarhi Bihar. Will this create a problem in dv as my permanent address is of Rajiv Nagar in application form. If yes, what should I do.
