Cheating and rape case

My husband got a notice regarding cheating and rape case but he is not having any physical relationship with anyone, he has one friend and that girl just started forcing him to get married with me, he directly said no to him, so for that words only she said I will spoil your life..And she starts filing the wrong case against him, he didn't done anything wrong with her..
What's the solution for this pls help..
A.Dear Madam,
If any FIR is lodged against your husband then ask him to get Anticipatory Bail and also approach High Court seeking Quashing of false FIR.
