Sir yesterday one Gurugram Packers & Movers company/agency had loaded my furniture and Books from Delhi to my village in UP. but now they are asking for more money. Sir what Should I do. Sir pls suggess me, sir I'm student.

First get your goods downloaded at your location and pay them by cheque and later on give instruction to the bankers for stock payment. Let them do whatever they like.

In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the Packers, file a complaint against them over deficiency in service and unfair trade practices before the Dist. Consumer Forum claiming compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. Complaint should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action. However, being a student, before knocking on the door of consumer court, you can file a complaint before the District Consumer Protection Council headed by the District Magistrate seeking appropriate relief which may work faster.
